1) What this portal does

• Registers NYSC Foundation members using their State Code

• Automatically routes you to the correct payment:

– Ajuwaya (older years) → ₦5,000

– Corpershun (recent years) → ₦1,000

• After payment, you complete Registration, get auto-logged in to your Dashboard, and can generate/download your ID Card.

2) Who should use this

• Corps Members joining the NYSC Foundation or updating their profile.

• Administrators managing settings (Paystack, routing rules), and viewing reports.

3) Quick start (Members/Applicants)

A. Begin Registration

1. Open this page: https://bidei.net/state-code/

2. Enter your State Code in this format: AA/YYBATCH/NNNN (e.g., AB/23A/1234)

• AA = State code (e.g., AB, LA, FC, etc.)

• YY = Year (20 for 2020, 21 for 2021, … 24 for 2024)

• BATCH = A, B, or C

• NNNN = 4 or 5-digit serial (e.g., 1234 or 12345)

The portal reads your year and will route you automatically:

• Older year → Ajuwaya (₦5,000)

• Recent year → Corpershun (₦1,000)

B. Make Payment (Paystack)

3. You’ll see the Paystack payment screen (NYSCF).

4. Enter your Name, Email, Phone and pay the amount shown.

5. When payment is successful, Paystack returns you to the Registration page automatically.

C. Complete Registration

6. On the Registration page, your details may be pre-filled from earlier steps. Confirm or fill in the remaining fields.

7. Submit the form. You’ll be auto-logged in and taken to your Profile Dashboard.

D. Generate Your ID Card

8. On the Dashboard:

– Upload a passport photo (JPG/PNG, should not be more 2 MB).

– Click Generate ID Card.

9. Your ID card (with Full Name, State Code, Status, Issued Date, and photo) will appear.

10. Click Download ID Card (red button).

Tip: If your photo shows sideways, the system auto-rotates it. If you still see issues, re-upload a clearer portrait.

E. Login / Forgot Password

4) Tips & Troubleshooting

A. Can’t log in

– Use the email and password you set at registration.

– If forgotten, use Forgot Password and check your email/spam.

B. ID Card not generating

– Ensure you’ve uploaded a passport (JPG/PNG, that is less than 2MB).

C. Photo looks sideways

– System auto-rotates based on EXIF; if it still happens, re-upload a portrait photo.

F. Name too long

– The system auto-shrinks/wraps the name and adjusts photo size to avoid overlap.

• Note the page/step where it happened.

• Copy any visible error message.

• Contact the site admin with your State Code and the email used.
